[ANNOUNCE] mesa 18.2.0-rc4

Hello list,

The forth release candidate for the Mesa 18.2.0 is now available.

As per the issue tracker [1] we still have a number of outstanding bugs
blocking the release.

Currently we have:
 - 18 queued
 - 3 nominated (outstanding)
 - and 0 rejected patches


We have in the queue:

The GLSL compiler has received a correction preventing an assertion.

AMD's radv has received multiple fixes, including a workaround for Doom
VFR and a fix for Unity demos. The r600 driver has also gotten a fix.

Intel's i965 have also received some fixes, including a revert for an
existing regression causing a 10% drop in performance with gen8 and
above and a crash due to misaligned memory. The anv driver has also
gotten a fix.

Gallium's KMS has also received a fix.

The EGL driver has gotten a fix for the Android platform.

Finally, from build and integration point of view, we have a fix for
meson when compiling for X11 without DRI3 and GBM.

Testing reports/general approval
--------------------------------

Any testing reports (or general approval of the state of the branch)
will be greatly appreciated.

The plan is to have the fifth release candidate for 18.2.0 next
Wednesday (2018/08/29), around or shortly after 18:00 EEST.

If you have any questions or suggestions - be that about the current
patch queue or otherwise, please go ahead.
