Mesa 7.0.4 can be downloaded from http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=3 See the docs/relnotes-7.0.4.html file for changes. 7.0.4 just contains bug fixes since the 7.0.3 release. Distros should be able to make 7.0.4 packages that are drop-in updates for 7.0.3 packages.
