These should be a the final release candidates.  My hope is that next
Monday (12/21) both Mesa 7.6.1 and Mesa 7.7 "final" will be released.  I
also hope that there won't be many changes to the code between now and
then.  Changes to the core code should be posted to the mesa3d-dev list
for review.  Changes to individual drivers should get buy-in from the
driver's maintainer.
