I can only really answer this in fairly vague terms, because I don't
know what everyone else is working on, but:

1. There's currently basic Windows support in Zink upstream. I believe
we're lacking proper winsys integration, so anyone wanting good
performance on Windows would probably have to work on that.
2. We do compile-test the Zink on Windows, but we do not run tests as
far as I'm aware.
3. There's been a recent windows-specicif MR

4. I'm not personally working on Windows support in Zink at the moment.

So, I *think* you could say the answer is "yes", but I wouldn't expect
anyone else to scratch your windows-specific itch at the moment.
Windows support in Zink is happening slowly, driven by those who need
it.
