Mesa performance tuning/customization discussion

Hi all,

among the RADV team we've been discussing expanding app profiles/perf=20
tuning in Mesa. I'd like to hear your thoughts on the topic, with the=20
goal of eventually modernizing driconf in a way that suits ecosystem=20
needs not just for RADV, but for all Mesa drivers.

Discussion is probably best centralized there, this email mostly serves=20
