windows compiling

Hi, i´m trying to compile mesa3d to Windows with SCons, but i've failed.
I'm using Ubuntu 10.04 to do this.

I tried the mesa3d´s compiling/installing page, but i can´t understand how
to do it. Could someone explain me how?

I´m beginner in this compiling stuff (ok, i just know use "./configure",
"make", "sudo make install"). [?]
