Gallium llvmpipe driver Readme points to non existing Files

When trying to build the llvmpipe driver on windows, following the
description in the latest llvmpipe Readme i noticed that the files 
llvm-x.x-msvc32mt.7z and llvm-x.x-msvc32mtd.7z 
do not exist when following the link 
http://people.freedesktop.org/~jrfonseca/llvm/ [1]

There is only the mingw32 variant available, but no visual studio
variant. 

Could these missing files please be stored there again - or could the
Readme be updated where these missing files can be downloaded from
another source?
