problem extracting register values from nvidia driver

I was unable to locate the memory locations specified using the stock
295.59 driver
Per the instructions I obtained the nVidia legacy 270.41.19 driver.
Unfortunately, the nvidia kernel module source contained within cannot
build since it does not recognize my 3.2 kernel.
Apparently, this 270.xx is for 2.4 and 2.6

Does anyone know the register locations and values of the Quadro NVS
4200M GF119 NVd9 card?
