application runs at slower rate in mesa 9.0.1 compare to mesa 7.8

Hi Everyone,

Is there any difference in rendering (like software or hardware) by default from mesa 7.8 to mesa 9.0.1.
Because when I port to mesa 9.0.1 the application runs slower rate compare to mesa 7.8.
