fe_core_mass in MESA 6208

Dear all,

  What exactly is the history.data output variable "fe_core_mass" when 
run with network Aprox21?
I know it's supposed to be a  measure of the Fe core in solar masses but 
what I do not know
is what elements are actually integrated to calculate that and what 
defines the iron core's cutoff
in MESA?
