If you have version 3.3, you have geometry shader support.  GS was added 
in GL 3.2.

However, you will not see the GL_NV/EXT/ARB_geometry_shader listed in 
the GL_EXTENSIONS string.  Those extensions all have slight differences 
from the core 3.2 support and it was easier for us to not support them. 
  I have no idea what OpenTK might be looking for.
