Official LLVMPipe binaries for Windows 10 ?

It would be awesome to have an official binaries of LLVMPipe (and maybe OpenSWR too) for Windows 10 (OpenGL32.dll, x86 and x64), 'cause build it manually in Windows is a real dependencies challenge.
