LLVMipa missing in LLVM 3.8 and 3.9, can't build LLVMPipe

LLVMipa is a lib needed to build LLVMPipe but is missing in lastest versions of LLVM.
Last version with LLVMipa is 3.7.1.

How can I build LLVMPipe with LLVM 3.9?
