Hello, I can't help much, but is this possible to get a binary of your program to compare on other computer ? Mine is RX 570, i5-2500K, Fedora 29 (DRM 3.26.0, 4.18.17-300.fc29.x86_64, LLVM 7.0.0, Mesa 18.2.4).
