Your guess that more was needed was 100% correct

I contacted the author&maintainer of mpeg2enc and mplex and he has
	checked in

a) A fix for the rate controller's doing some stuff in InitSeq needed in Init.
b) Some minor compiler warning fixes I'd done but forgotten check in ages ago.
c) A fix for the delete-ing instead of delete [] -ing of arrays.
d) Fixes for the valgrind detected uninit data usage in the pass-1 on-the-fly
   rate controller.

   And commented that

"...still need to fix the valgrind detected init problems in pass-2 of the
   on-the-fly rate controller ..."

So doing a 'cvs update' now will show a *lot* of files have changed
	in mpeg2enc and mplex.

	Cheers,
	Skeven Schultz
