Andrew here (mpeg2enc author).  After a long absence (new house, new Job at a 
start-up, Motorcycle racing, new Baby ... ;-)) I'm back with a little hobby 
programming time for mpeg2enc again.

I glanced over the path - looks fine.  I just tweaked the headers a little.

Yuri: whats your application?  The reason I ask is long-term, if there isn't a 
better open-source MPEG-2 encoder around, I'd really like to see some other 
people involved in development and maintenance...

Sorry about the state of the code-base.  I construct C++ for a living and if I 
had to work on mpeg2enc at work I'd be doing some serious shouting / telling 
off.
