My son is a bit young just yet (15 days!) so he's only at the random 
wiggling/wriggling stage.   However, if my brothers son is anything to go by 
I can plan spending a few days barricading away all my cables and putting the 
more sensitive hi-fi gear out of reach.

In the end my brother had to resort to putting a no longer working well cheap 
DVD player and remote etc out to save the good stuff!
