Do you have some more information about the mingw version needed ?

And what parts of the mjpegtools work ?

I hope that I find some time next weekend to test it on my Vista (never 
seen a fast machine slowed down by the OS that much :( )

If you can build them for the Final realease we can also put them into 
the SF File Area where you get now the rpm and tar package.
