Re: RC3 aviable

I ran valgrind on today's CVS mpeg2enc (so likely also RC3), and it has some
complaints (example log files attached) about uninitialized values.  Although
many of them are in debug logging statement, others are not.  Whether those can
have some real impact (depending on settings/circumstances) ... ?

BTW; also did so for mplex, and no complaints there (other than some memleaks).
