mjpeg format

for jpeg DC decoding in Decode_MCU,  the previous DC values are saved
onto stack, when decding finished, it is copyed back into
entropy->saved:

ASSIGN_STATE(state, entropy->saved);
...

ASSIGN_STATE(entropy->saved, state);

why do not use the entropy->saved directly here?
