Compilation error on 64 bits

I've been told (from wxcam development) to report a bug regarding a
duplicate redefinition of the typedef int64_t, in line 40 of the file
mjpeg_types.h

Hi! This seems a bug of the mjpegtools library. Try commenting the
line 40 of file  mjpeg_types.h (use the // at the start of the line).
