Was that the whole command ?

I tried your command this way:
  jpeg2yuv -n 125 -v 2 -I p -f 25 -j bilder/bild1.jpg | yuvplay

And it worked well.
But I use current CVS version of the mjpegtools.

If you have the source version of the mjpegtools 1.9.0 pleas add the 
patch you can find here:
