I hope you have considered Andrews suggestion, I have added you to the 
mjpeg developers. So you can add the patch yourself. :)
So don't hesitate and add the patch to the CVS. (I can add it for you if 
you want)

I have one question about the patch (for the mjpeg-doku) when you have 
the sync offset (--sync-offset|-O) for video and audio offset. How do 
you add the correct value for the new --subpicture/-d option ?
Can I use the same value for the -O and -d option or do I need a 
different  value ?
