yuv2lav problem with jpeglib 8.0

Hallo

I have encountered a problem with yuv2lav and jpeglib 8.0
When I try to encode YUV stream to a lav file the output is disdorted.

The simplest way is to see the problem is:
lav2yuv in.avi | yuv2lav out.avi
And view than the generated video with lavplay/glav

It seems that the width subsampling of the CB CR planes it not handled 
correct. It seems to me that the width has the half size of the Y plane. 
I did take a look but I didn't find out if it is just a setting that had 
is different from the old jpeglib 6.2.
Or if yuv2lav needs to deliver the data to the jpeg lib 8.0 different.

Can anybody take a look at this problem ?

I would also be glad to know if this is a problem that is only related 
to my machine.
