Re: mjpegtools 2.0.0 RC1

Hello Bernhard, it's great to hear that you're going for a new major release.

As for remaining problems: mpeg2enc after the last big bunch of patches still has trouble with low-bitrate encodings such as VCD, producing buffer underflows fairly regularly. At least it does in the state the CVS tree was in shortly before Christmas.

Unfortunately (or fortunately) I'm currently on vacation with only a small netbook at my disposal, so I don't know if anything has happened in that area since then, and I can't conduct any tests at this moment. I'll be home again next week.
