thanks for your answer.

This is not what i experience when decoding an AVI that contains single JPEGs.

The JPEGs themselves contain correct start- and end-markers and after the end-
markers there is a variable amount of padding.
The padding is always 0x00 and the number is variable from 0 to 24 (can be 
more, i did not look further).
