CVS Mailing

Hallo

I did fix the problem that CVS did not send mails when files were 
committed. The style looks a little bit different than before.

I noticed that no mail was send when I did the last changes and when 
Steven M. Schultz did integrate y4mscaler into the mjpegtools package I 
did start digging.

With the next release the Matto's high quality scaler will be included. 
If you find time test it.
