Just to be sure y4mscaler is integrated into mjpegtools-2.1.0 ?

Hi,
I update mjpegtools rpm package to 2.1.0 and conflicts with y4mscaler, I
check the code and y4mscaler is in the source , so  y4mscaler is
integrated into mjpegtools, correct ?
