I am happy to announce that the MPEG Industry Forum will once again be
presenting a full day conference entitled
<http://www.nab.org/nabshow/conferences/mpegif.asp> MPEGIF Master Class at
NAB2007. In this session, Industry experts representing the most influential
players in next generation video entertainment multimedia and
standards-based video delivery will exchange views on trends and
technologies that are changing the way digital multimedia is created,
compressed, delivered and monetized. In addition to this educational session
MPEGIF will host a Networking Party at the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay on
Monday April 16th. Sponsorships for both events will be available to MPEGIF
members in the next two weeks. We hope to see you at our upcoming events.

 

I would encourage each of you to take a look at the updated MPEGIF Logo
Qualification Program which is open to all companies. The number of
participants in this program is steadily increasing and you will not want to
miss the chance to be a part of this exciting program. Be on the lookout for
an MPEGIF press release announcing the companies who have recently completed
the program.
