Daniel, MPEG-J is an elementary stream just like BIFS, Audio, and Video with Access Units(AU). The MPEG-4 spec has information on how to construct the AUs from MPEG-J data (classes and objects). You would include the MPEG-J ES in the presentation just like all the other ES. The Reference implementation has examples of MPEG-J content. Let me know if you still have difficulty, I will send the examples to you when I have better access.
