I think that gives you the answer. =20 2) Good question, and one that gets asked a lot. The way I understand it = now is that there are two pools with only partly overlapping participants. Assuming that all patents in either of these pools are essential, you = could conclude you'd need a license from both. (although if I understand this correctly, you may then be paying twice for at least some patents) Competition is good. True competition would exist if there were multiple agents, with each of them covering all required patents, competing on = terms.
