MPlayer 1.1.1 released

Small update

A critical fix was made to MPlayer.
Previously if you pointed MPlayer at some server to play back a file
on it, that server could make MPlayer overwrite local files with
arbitrary data.
As a user-visible impact two features are disabled by default:
Parsing MPlayer settings from ASX playlists and automatically
following certain playlists without needing to use the -playlist option.
Also, a warning against using the -playlist option was added.
Lastly, the included FFmpeg copy was changed to the latest 0.11 release.
