: yes now the exceeding part is gone but its cropped and a little bit stretched. I just realized it was cropped before aswell. in window mode i see a distance between the side of the window  and a watermark in the clip. That distance is gone when i play in FS.

-aspect 16:9 doesnt change anything

addendum to my first post:
when i go out of FS then back the exceeding part disappears (but its still cropped).
