I do not think it will work, because during the compilation you are in
MinGW/MSYS environment (folder names are something like
/c/folder/sub-folder) but during the execution in Windows one (folder
names are like c:\folder\sub-folder).

What patches do you have to ask the author - Gianluigi Tiesi from
http://oss.netfarm.it/mplayer-win32.php.
