Make error - mplayer.rc

Hello,
           I am compiling the mplayer SVN snapshot of 16th Feb 2010 in
cygwin.

On compilation, I see following error -
cc   osdep/mplayer.rc.o   -o osdep/mplayer.rc
cc: osdep/mplayer.rc.o: No such file or directory
cc: no input files
make: *** [osdep/mplayer.rc] Error 1

The GNU make version is 3.81.

Can someone kindly suggest what do I need to do to resolve this issue?
