Usually installed into the /mingw/ include directory so they'll be found--if you're using mingw If you want to try open GL, you'll need the development headers for OpenGL installed also. ./configure --prefix=/opt/mplayer --enable-static --enable-menu Usually works.Let the configure script figure out the rest. Follow the advice of the developers and don't force any options.
