They are uploaded the same way documentation updates are done,
it's not a problem for me or Alexander to do or we can see
about making it possible for you to do.

I'm afraid you are the best person to judge that.
The uploading, especially if infrequent is not a
big problem though.
However it might be better to go all the way and
create a proper apt repo and not just packages
if you want to go that way.
