Release prep

Hello everyone!
Me and Alexander discussed that it's high time to prepare a release, e.g. to get the FFmpeg compatibility updates out there.
Please reach out if there's something you want to get in before.
One of the last things on my list I'm currently debugging is fixing buggy video with retina displays on MacOS.
