Build fixes for current FFmpeg git

Hi all,

I said it on the MPlayer user list already, I'm currently working on fixing the build after recent FFmpeg major bumps.

I will post patches asap and would be very grateful for prompt feedback from testing and review.

Just trying to avoid duplicate work. If anyone wants to help please email me privately.
