vo_x11 vs. shm

Hi,

I've tried to port vo_x11 from g1 (actually rewrite) t obe able to test
our ideas of automatic scaling/resizing. It works wihtout shm, but
when i enable shm it fails when d_height != height.

It would be great if someone with more X11 knowledge tham me could
check/fix the code:  mphq/~arpi/g2/vo_x11.c
(copy to libvo2 dir and add to the video_out_drivers[] list in video_out.c)
