ok i found it now
(first you didn't sent asf.h and the one i had didn't contain stream_priv_s)

now i've merged your asf.h with the one in demux/asf.h, to avoid useless
duplication (they were 99% same).

only realmedia rtsp://, but it isn't important and we cannot even test it
yet as no demux_real in g2.
