information on en50221 support in linux

Hi,
	I want to implement common interface. There is a standard en50221  for
common interface. I was looking in the linux 2.6 source to see if this stack
is already available. I could not understand how it is implemented. i did
not find any of the terms that are mentioned in the standard. To start with
I want to know the typical implementation of common interface in dvb.
