Information on the applications that would be using 50221 stack.

Hi,
	I am new to the DVB domain. I would like to know how the applications make
use of 50221 stack. and is this stack will be provided by the CI module
vendors are It has to be developed on our own. I would really appreciate if
any body can help me out here.
