don't strip the command line and the log. You appear to be using an old 
version of mplayer;
recompile an svn checkout or use a more recent build instead.

this is your real problem: some other software is already accessing your 
sound card;
fuser /dev/dsp will tell you which program

and consequently mplayer is trying to access a secondary audio_out device
