diseqc up to 1.2 (that is tone burst (aka A/B)) and plain 1..4 LNB
selection is already possible: set the diseqc parameter in every
row of ~/.mplayer/channels.conf.sat.

e.g in the following row the 1 after v indicates LNB 1
RaiInternational:11381:v:1:4400:1:100:36:0:0:0
