but there's some disparity between channels.conf for szap (from dvb-apps)  and channels.conf for MPlayer.

Concerning of szap-channels.conf there's LNB0 (diseqc position 0) 
and this string should be look like 
RaiInternational:11381:v:0:4400:1:100:36:0:0:0

Concerning of MPlayer-channels.conf there's LNB1 (diseqc position 1, not position 0) and the same record in
channels.conf should be look like
RaiInternational:11381:v:1:4400:1:100:36:0:0:0
