DVB CONFIGURATION IS EMPTY error

Hello all, I recently bought a Hauppauge Nova S Plus DVB-S card. I
copied channels.conf to ~/.mplayer but "mpalyer dvb://" gives error.

Here is all needed console output (commands highlighted)
