Fail to capture (x264encopts)

Hi to all, Im a old user of v4l2, but Im disturbed with the 'dvb problem',
(My 'problem')

This is the command I use:

$mencoder "dvb://'channel" -x264encopts preset=3Dultrafast -ovc x264 -oac p=
cm
-o file.avi

Gime ve a good sound and quality vid, but in "slow chamber" (the video
output, not the sound, wich is perfect)
Also, with another options, the video is "between cut", or skipping frames.
I had try with/without -demuxer lavf and -demuxer mpegts, but is the same.
