[RFC] minor change of syntax in channels.conf (for DVB SAT users only)

Hi,
since scan and szap use a  different acception of  the [diseqc] 
parameter in channels.conf 
(scan interprets N as LNB N+1, mplayer as LNB N)
I'd like to change mplayer's DVB input code so as to make it 100% 
compatible with
scan's output; this means updating your channels.conf either by hand or 
using scan.

Obviously TER and CBL users would be totally unaffected.

If no one objects I'll post a patch (comprising some bug-fixes and a 
general cleanup)
to mplayer-dev-eng in few days time.
