official device number for mga_vid

Hey boys and girls,

We finaly got an official char device number range for mga_vid [1].
But it will be only valid for 2.6 kernels, which means those
still using 2.4 and 2.2 are stuck with the old one.
I'll change the char number in my next beta release of the
mga_vid driver.
